Software Engineer
• Position requires a Bachelor’s or education evaluated to Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, any Engineering or related field and 5 years experience in software design and development or programming. EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
FSE will make available $250.00 to an employee who refers an acquaintance for any full or part-time position that has been advertised on FSE, Inc. website.
Any employee on FSE payroll can participate with the exception of FSE's executive staff, employees in the Human Resources Department, and direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening.
Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the bonus. Anyone who has worked for FSE within the last 12 months does not qualify as bonus eligible candidates.
You will receive your bonus following the new employee’s successful completion of their probation period with FSE.
